Conducted consumer and category audits as part of investment due diligence for early-stage startups to evaluate market potential, brand readiness, and category tailwinds. Led consumer and category intelligence initiatives to guide post-investment brand strategy across D2C healthcare, fashion, and CPG brands, driving portfolio growth. Built the company’s intellectual property by uncovering cross-category insights, strengthening its position as a leading D2C venture capital fund. I led the design and execution of 25+ global research and strategy projects using a multidisciplinary approach that combined qualitative, ethnographic, and design research techniques to generate actionable insights. I managed key initiatives in brand positioning, user segmentation, value proposition development, innovation strategy, and communications for renowned brands such as Chanel Beauty, Facebook, Google, Pepsi, Under Armour, GymShark, Kellogg’s, Hawaiian Tropic, and Toyota. By tapping into human behaviours, attitudes, beliefs, and personas, I identified market opportunities and crafted brand strategies, while working closely with clients and stakeholders to align outcomes with business objectives. I also contributed to business development and the company’s IP by driving thought leadership, presenting at IIEX Asia Pacific 2020 to reinforce the firm’s position as a leader in consumer insights.

I led social media research on style, food, and beauty preferences to develop strategies for diverse Indian audience segments. I conducted workshops to shape content creation for a leading social media brand in India, contributing to the development of new features. I also collaborated with an AI research firm to capture insights and identify opportunities in the beauty and FMCG sectors.
